Promises have never been kept. I was promised free lifetime upgrades when I purchased your product. And now you want a subscription to use your service after purchasing the Guides several times. I only get to play the game a few months a year my income is excessively below the poverty line. I made 4 thousand dollars last year and this far this year have zero income. I don’t live off the Government like many. Greed is all I can say about your company. Sad you never keep promises and even though no update has came out you are still discontinuing some parts of the purchase I have already made. Extremely disappointed in your company.

Just to be clear, our previous model offered “free lifetime updates” (not upgrades) for all standalone guide purchases. This means all content updates to the guides you already own are free, but this did not include new expansions you don’t own yet.
However, our policy has not changed, and users who own the standalone Dailies and Events guides will still continue to receive all the new Event guides just as we promised.
