Leveling Guide has an extra step in view

    Leveling Guide has an extra step in view

    I'm at step 3 in the Darkshore levelling guide and while within the options I have it set to only view 1 step at a time, the default, I'm seeing a second step.

    Talk to Zidormi
    Ask her "Can you show me.....

    This has nothing to do with the levelling quests I'm involved with and seems more a lore time quest item.

    I've no interest in the lore aspect of the game, only the game play. If this isn't lore and is actually a levelling type quest then I don't want to see it, only the step of the quest I'm currently on. How do I remove this and have the guide behave in the manor in which I set up the options?

    When you see an extra step like that it's a sticky step meaning it's something that can be done at the same time you are working the other steps. Zidormi is for changing the zone instance due to the pre-patch event going on but if you're doing normal leveling you won't have to worry about the zone phasing.

      Just a follow-up. Think I've spotted why it's showing the time travel step when it shouldn't. We'll be getting that fixed.

        Was this implemented yet? I'm on a fresh toon, level 21, and I don't need to talk to Zidormi to revert time and that step is always there. I'd like to not have to look at it during my entire stay in Darkshore, but it's still there. Unless I misunderstood the original reason for this post. How can I turn it off?

          Please make sure you have the latest version of the guides installed. It should not be showing that step unless Blizzard went and changed something again in the past couple weeks with how Darnassus and Darkshore are working.

            Yup, that did it. I tend to forget to update my wow stuff. Should have tried that first, lol. Thanks!
