Subscription Payment Error

Two weeks ago I stopped my Elite membership subscription i was paying it via PAYPAL. Today i want to buy a one month elite membership subscription again and will pay for it using Paypal but now I'm getting this Error >[ERROR #3357614].

"There was a problem processing your payment.
Our payment processor reports the following error:
You requested recurring payments no longer be accepted on this card. Please update your billing information."

You should be able to resubscribe now.

Getting same error as OP. Can u help please. I have the same story as well except I stopped my Elite membership on 22 Dec 16. But no error number is indicated.
