Also, I'm not sure why the guide directs me to the Slave Pens for the Burning Hot Pole Dance Achievement, as there is no pole in the dungeon, nor fire.

The Vash'jir thing sounds like it might have been caused by a Travel System setting. Do you not have the portals for the Cata zones in SW?

For the Slave Pens I see a map change was missed. Will get that added to our list to be fixed.

I do, was wondering why it didn't send me there first. HOWEVER, I hadn't been to Vash'jir yet, maybe that caused it? Cause I realized when I got there I couldn't breathe underwater.
