Error install Zygor Guides!

You can not install the Zygor Guides , it returns me an error , see in the image:
I can not close or go into settings!

Try uninstalling Java and then get a fresh copy to install from www.java.com. Once you've done that restart your computer and try running the client again.

I even clicking scan looks just nothing appears , will be a problem?

The gold guide is having problems right now and we will have that fixed as soon as we can.

I just bought today and so eager to learn how it works and the first day guide is in trouble = /

We will have it fixed as quickly as we can. We don't want our customers to be without the guides as much as you don't want to be without the guides.

Log out of the game and log back in. Then use the Scan button on the Sell tab to do a scan. When it is finished there will be a message in the chat window for the scan analysis. What exactly does that message say?

As Zygor Admin said the scanning is broken right now. We will get it fixed as soon as we can.

Zygor bought just to use the gold system and I am more than 1 week with the recurring day and still not packed the gold system
