Franklin Martin Transporter

While starting a new character, I am seeing these motorcycle type mounts with a driver named Franklin Martin Transporter and allowing very low levels to use these mounts to get around. How do I get one of these?!?

That is the heirloom mount. You need to collect/purchase 35 heirlooms in order to get the Heirloom Hoarder achievement which rewards you with that mount. The heirlooms cost 500-750 gold each so you will have to spend a minimum of 17,500g to get it.
