Netherwing Drakes?

So, I decided I wanted to farm for the Netherwing drakes on my level 71, as I know its possible to get them at level 70. Decided why not pick up some Experience while mount farming, like I did with the Kurenai Reputation/Talbuk Mounts...Myu problem? Zygor is telling me the required level is 80? Can I do these and use these portions on my level 71??? Or do I really have to wait for her to level to 80 opr use a level 100? Please get back to me asap as I'd like to try and get these before the expansion drop, (and yes, I am well aware that they are account bound so it doesnt matter what tooin I do them on. I just wanted to do them on my level 71, so if anyone besides Zygor responds...pleasse refrain from mentioning that! Its just how I want to get them....Like I said, Gain exp. and rep & get the mounts. Its a win-win situation :P)

You can obtain it at 70 but at 80 it will be much easier.

Ok. Thanks! Now, it also doesnt tell me where I should start, so assuming...I need the rep? IO should start at the Neutral rep guide, right? hehe

The Neutral guide will get you up to Friendly. I believe it will also help get up to neutral if you're below that. Been a long time since I did any Netherwing stuff.

And make sure you do the Egg Run quite a few times.

Looking at the guide and trying to remember what has to be done I think the guide tells you to first do the prequests and the first dailies until step 33. There you can either go back to step 23 or if you are friendly then can click the second option to advance with the main quests for the faction.
Step 66 will ask to advance further if you are honored.
