Historical data out of date, please resync

I'm sure this is covered somewhere, but I can't find it. Pretty certain my sync is turned on in the client, but everytime I visit the auction house, I get that message.

There are two options in the drop down in the backup utility of the client. Perhaps I should use the other one? I had it set to a character's name, so I will change it to the server name.

The sync is current as per this morning, but I just manually synced just in case.

That's a different Sync for the options you were looking at. Go into the Gold Guide section of the desktop client settings and make sure that your realm is in that list and click the Sync All button there. The Zygor Sync stuff that you saw is just for backing up your settings.

Ah hah! Thank you, I was looking at the wrong sync. Added my realm and in the main window clicked Update. Seems fixed.

I too am having this problem, it says the data is 29 days old. I just reactivate my account like 14-15 days ago (Zygor and WoW).
I check gold guide and realm "Thrall" is on it. I have re-synced, I have used Scan & Repair. No luck

i know this thread is old but i am having this issue now. i uninstalled everything including WoW and reinstalled everything and it is still giving me the 30 days out of date.

With the release of patch 7.3.5, Blizzard has disabled the Auction House API which affects our Gold Guide trend and pricing data. As a result, you will need to visit an Auction House, select the Sell tab, and use the built in Scan feature to update your Gold Guide pricing data.
