The treasure locations work well in Draenor -- is this coming to the Legion guide eventually?

The beta client already has them. Maybe that will help you.

Yes, if something is missing from the release version it is most likely in the beta version being polished.

I find it difficult to accept that we still do not have a treasure guide. Yes they show on the map and we can click them individually, but, i can get that from a free addon. I would have expected a real guide by now.

What more do you want?
Find a treasure that you don't have and click on it. The guide will then tell you how to find that treasure.

I am assuming that Treasure Chests respawn like any other kind of node? Will the reappear on the map or do I have to reset something in Zygor?

I believe the Legion treasure chests are like the WoD treasure chests in that the normal rule of thumb is you only get to loot it once. There were a few exceptions to that rule in WoD where you would get some that would respawn but they were uncommon.

Find a treasure that you don't have and click on it. The guide will then tell you how to find that treasure.

I think that was uncalled for. Maybe the paying customer would like a step by step guide like the one in WoD. That one sent you in the most efficient path to get a bunch of treasures.

I have heard many say that the treasure chests in Legion are a daily spawn and many say you can reloot. However, I can't seem to find a definite answer one way or the other. Does anyone have the definite answer if they are relootable?

The majority of Broken Isles Treasure Chests are one time loot items, each one is associated with a QuestID and the Quest is not repeatable.
You have to get each one to get the achievement for getting so many in each zone.


The chests on The Broken Shore are a bit different though.
Hidden Wyrmtongue Cache are the common ones and they respawn every 15 minutes (can't remember where I found this info so I cannot link it, it's not on Wowhead)
Veiled Wyrmtongue Chest are also repeatable but only spawn while The Mage Tower is up.
