Glenumbra Area always wrong?

Hello, I just purchased the guide about 30 min ago. I started using it on my Level 8 in Glenumbra as the guide suggested & the way points and locations of quests are always wrong. I'm about 25% into the guide and it's very frustrating. Is there an update on the way?

Normally if the arrow is off opening the map so it can see which map you are on will fix it. You can also try disabling any other addons to see if they are affecting the arrow. I've had no other reports in a long time about any arrow problems in ESO so I'm thinking this is an isolated issue.
