So while in que, I work on my skills, and here is a screenshot, the enchanting guide says my skill is too low level even though its not, its not letting me upload the screenshot, so the guide says I need to be 630 to make this item, Im 675. Step 11 of Enchanting Level 600-700 guide...

In enchanting guide step 56 it asks me
Step 56
to learn Major Spirit. I think you mean Versatility
Step 57
Gain 10 points, creating Major Versatility.
(I didn't see spirit but when I got Versa is did go to the next page)
