Do The Thing!

Step number 12 in the Gnome 1-5 tells you get a quest called Do The Thing! Since I didn't see an NPC anywhere offering a quest, I looked the quest up on WoWhead, and that is a level 110 quest in Suramar.

My guide then skips from step 12 right to step 19 and sends me to talk to "npc 103614" to turn in Do The Thing!

Try reinstalling the guides. When I look at the Gnome 1-5 guide step 12 is saying to turn in "To the Surface" and accept "The Future of Gnomeregan".
