    i have updated my subscription and showing in game guide 3763 are loaded

    need help

    Click the cog in the client, then click Scan and Repair. Failing that, cog and reinstall.

      With that many guides loaded in game you have the full version installed and working. What exactly is not updating for you?

        I cant open the client.....I already tried to update JAVa, a few times, and the cliente continues to not open.....

          Have you tried disabling anti-virus to see if that's blocking it? Have you tried uninstalling Java and doing a fresh Java install?

            The client does not seem to detect java 9 correctly. This seems to be the version that the oracle java auto update is pushing out at the moment. And the zygor client doesnt seem to detect as a correct version of java and wont start up.

                  Try uninstalling Java completely and then install a fresh copy of it from www.java.com. We are not having issues with Java 9 on Windows in testing so you probably have some kind of corrupted file somewhere or conflict between the older and newer version files.

                    I am experiencing the same issue with Autoupdater on Java 9.0.1 on OS X. Removing java 9 solves the issues; however, I'd prefer not to do this because I use Java 9 at work. No antiviruses in use. If you can specify how to capture logs, I'd be happy to provide them too. Thank you in advance

                      Our client programmer is aware of the problem with Java 9 on the Mac system and he's working on that to figure out why it's having a problem on Mac but not on Windows with Java 9. He will get it fixed to work with Java 9 on the Mac as soon as he can.

                            Just an update to you guys on OS X who can't run the client on Java 9. I isolated the problem and am in the process of testing the fix to get it pushed out as soon as possible. The launcher for the client should be unaffected, so no manual download should be required on your guys' end. Apologies for the delay.

                            On Windows, having a clean Java installation should be enough to have the client run. This would be the case with any java update, though.

                              For you OSX guys with Java 9 issues, Dev 6 has now fixed it. You will need to delete ~/Library/Application Support/Zygor Guides Client/Zygor Guides Client.app. This will allow the client to start and download the updated version that will work with Java 9. If you are unable to find the file to delete you can run the following command in terminal to do the same thing.

                              rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Zygor\ Guides\ Client/Zygor\ Guides\ Client.app
