The guides should be streamlined.
I'm on an alliance character and have had to visit Thunder Bluff, Silvermoon, and Undercity twice to do the Red Rider Air Rifle and A-Caroling We Will Go achievements.
If the guide would have had me purchase the Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater earlier, then I could have done both steps on one visit to each of those citys.
