How often should I do the WoW Gold Guide sync and Zygor sync on the Zygor client?

Once and done, or ?

New data becomes available once every few days, so perhaps check once a day and you should be fine.

Alternatively, you can leave the client running in the background with automatic updates enabled, and it will keep you up-to-date with no extra effort required on your part.
