Missing Options?

I hope somebody can help. There are two flags I use which for the life of me I can't find anymore.

1 - Colour Progressively
2 - Auto Accept ALL quests / Hand in ALL quests.

I have found the auto accept guide quests but not the ALL quests.


Any ideas where they're hiding?

Those options were removed when the settings were re-done for version 6.1 of the guide viewer.
