    BUG. FAILED TO OPEN CONNECTION

    getting this everytime i open zygor. tried scan and repair. have tried to reinstall through menu (reinstall).

    Try restarting your computer and then try the update again.

      This is an error with the Zygor Sync feature. I'm curious as to why it wouldn't be able to establish a connection when it sounds like other parts of the client are working just fine.

      To clarify, the core aspects of the client are working, this is just one of the features of the client that syncs your guide progress and in-game settings to the cloud.

      If this issue persists, feel free to send your log file (which you can find by right clicking the Z icon in the tray, and selecting Open Log) into support@zygorguides.com

        ok. i waited some days to see if a restart / reinstall would do it. it did... for awhile... now its back. log file are incoming :-)

          I did not see any log files in the emails yet today. Were you able to find the log file?

              Yes, we did get it and I've passed the log file over to Dev 6 so he can look it over to see what's happening.

                any feedback on this? have been ok for 3 days, today the error message is back. no log info on the error message

                  The log file I received indicated that the internet was not stable, and since the Zygor Sync feature makes small network calls rather frequently, it was able to land on times where the internet was unavailable.

                  I can suppress these warnings for automatic background checks, but I generally like to know when something with an application isn't working properly, so it will take some discussion amongst the dev team about how they would like to handle it as well.
