Why is my sub shut down

I'm guessing you're seeing a problem in game. That just means that you need to update the license file. Run the desktop client, click the refresh button at the top right, and then use the wrench icon to do a Scan & Repair and that should fix it in game for you.

I had to download the client, and install again, 3 times. The first 2 yielded nothing , as in my client portion would not install. Anyways it's fixed now but what pia.
