Guide keeps updating

It keeps updating, after update (green bar) it goes to the Z icon in the taskbar, and within 2 seconds it starts updating again.
And it keeps doing that on and on.

What happens if you guys hit the X during that download and start the client from your desktop shortcut?

Same thing happens again. Keeps downloading the client over and over. X closes it but the process begins again every time i try to relaunch it.

I am having the same exact issue. It downloads about 4.7MB, and restarts. Hitting the X stops it, but if you relaunch, it happens over and over.

Just became working again as son as the EU Realms came online.

EDIT: and i see that the admin did something it works again!
