Okay, for those of us who are not Warlocks, and don't have the Angler's raft, it is not possible to fish up the Ghostly Queenfish as per the locations in the guide. All the pools are too far away from the shore, and the buff runs out trying to find something closer. I have wasted two brooches trying to get to pools that I have zero hope of reaching.
I humbly suggest looking at the pools' locations again, and redo the guide, please and thank you.
