Balance of Power

I'm trying to do the questline for "Balance of Power" and I can't seem to find it in the guides. What section would it be under?

There are currently no guides covering the different artifact appearances which is what the Balance of Power quest is for.

Is that in the plans? I know ya'll have a ton to work on with the new patch. You guys are awesome for getting us these updates so quickly after launch.
