Shutting off the Gold Guide

Is there a way to do this? The popups every time I mouse over something in my bags is getting real annoying.

In the leveling guide the popups interfere with an item I must click on the use.

What pop-ups are you referring to? Can you post a picture of it?

When I mouse over an item in the leveling guide step that I am supposed to click on to use I get these damn popup windows telling me what it is and what the gold guide thinks it's value is. Make it hard to click the item.

All I want to do is shut off the gold guide. I do not use it and I don't want it

That little window that pops up is the normal tooltip window that Blizzard opens. All we've done is add the gold guide info to that tooltip window. We don't make it open at all, that's all Blizzard making it open.

You can disable aspects of the gold guide in the Settings if you click the gear icon at the bottom right of the guide viewer.
