Buy button gets stuck on buying

I have an issue where the buy button gets stuck saying buying and is greyed out. I have to close the auction page and reopen it to get the buy button back. It does actually buy an item when I click it though. I have tried reinstalling the entire guide by deleting it in the game folder and also deleting the account info for the guide by going into the account folder. Not sure what is going on, but it makes using the buy option for any large purchases virtually impossible.

Do you have any other auction house addons enabled?

I have no other auction house add ons installed let alone enabled. The closest I have to a auction add on is probably ask mr robot.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset to see if this affects the Buy button and gets rid of the LUA error.


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

It worked for a little while, then it stopped working again.

We have an fix in the next update for the LUA error and that should fix it.

It should have been in the update we released 2 days ago. Do you have that update installed for the guides? Have you tested with all other addons disabled?

yes went through it with support last night he said that its something that will need to be fixed from your side
