Auction and Gold guide issue

Hello,

Auction tool no longer scanning or appraising, nor showing any data at all for items in bags. Also nothing coming up for gold guide with regard to my proffs. I tried reinstall and sycning historical data and Zygor sync.

Getting error upon login
