AH scanning problem

Hi,

since patch 7.2 I have been unable to use Zygor's AH tools.

Whenever I click on an item I added to my list or click on Appraise all it says in my chat box "Can't send query just at the moment" and then just sits there doing nothing and none of the buttons work.

I have tried manually deleting everything from my computer related to Zygor and reinstalled the client and guides but none of that has helped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try disabling all other addons and see if that allows you to get a scan done.

I have the same issue. With just having auctioneer and zygor loaded it gives the message "Can't send query just at the moment" and is stuck at stage 1/4. Letting it sit for awhile doesn't help any. With just zygor, there is no issue.

Is there any info you need to help narrow down this issue?

We're trying to narrow down what changed with Auctioneer and 7.2 to cause this conflict and get it fixed.

We have been unsuccessful at being able to reliably reproduce this in order to find the fix for it. We are still trying.

I, too, am experiencing this issue while also running the Auctioneer addon.

Symptoms - Upon opening the Auction House window, it defaults to Zygor and begins querying the auction data. I see the chat message "Can't send query just at the moment." The scan stalls out on stage 1/4. I cannot use any of the other features/tools of the Zygor Auction windows/tabs and cannot scan.

This morning I completely disabled Auctioneer and reloaded. I was able to successfully use the Zygor tools and all scans completed.

My next step is to re-enable the core Auctioneer and try loading/disabling components of Auctioneer one at a time to see what keeps killing the Zygor initial scan. I also haven't tried updating Auctioneer in a while, so will try that too.

Having similar issue but using Auctionator, tried to disable auctionator and attempt scan with Zygor but it just sits there doing nothing.

Here is what one of our devs has said who's been investigating this. ""Blizzard messed up addon scans in cross realm zones, and until they fix it, there is not much we can do". When asked about a workaround the reply was "None that I know of. I check Auctioneer site weekly, and they are stuck with the same issue."
