So what is it in the leveling guides for Legion am I not understanding.

I am standing in Dalaran doing a step in the guide and what does my guide tell me to do?

Use your Dalaran Hearthstone...go to Dalaran. Uh, I am already there and I have no guide arrow because of it.

I have seen this behavior in other places in the guide while leveling in Broken Isles.

Yea, I've noticed that the guide (the beta guide anyway) isn't handling traveling as well as it did a few months ago. The guide is completely ignoring my druid's "Dreamwalk" ability, it's ignoring my hearth bind point at "Deliverance Point", etc.

Try right clicking on that and select re-check route to see if that changes it.

yep the travel system is ignoring the dreamwalk ability. I disable the "Take flights automatically" and everytime a hearthstone is suggested I check the route by myself. additionally the "Flight Masters Whistle" is suggested by the travel system even if I only 20 yards away. often it suggest the whistle and afterwards a hearthstone which makes no sense.

Can you please post a screen shot of your Navigation section of the guide viewer settings? When looking at the code it should be working but it might depend on what items you have enabled/disabled for the travel system.
