No automatic switching to new step and no hotkey working

Hi,

I used the trial version today for one houer and then purchased the elite version.
I have the problem, that the ingame guide is not switching automatically to the next step when the objective is done. Even if go to controls and select a key for switching manually by pressing, the key is not working.

The only way to get to the next step is by clicking it at the zygor window.... this is annoying.

any help for this?

Try opening the desktop client and click on ESO in the middle to select it. Then use the wrench icon near the bottom right to reinstall the guides. If that doesn't fix it (not every step will advance automatically but those should have text saying to manually advance) try disabling all other addons to see if there is some conflict happening.

Hi,

I reinstalled it, but there is no change. Zygor is the only Addon I am unsing, no other Addons are installed.
Any other tips?

I am using the German Version of the Game, can this be a problem?

That could be it. The guide viewer might not be able to spot the quest text queues to know when you've completed an objective if it's in a different language. Does it work if you switch over to the English version of the game?

I just downloaded the English pack and in English it works fine...... damn

It would be great if you could make at least the hotkeys for switching to next or previous step working for other languages. I prefer playing the game in my mother language.

I'm a bit surprised that doesn't work on the other language clients since it shouldn't be dependent on the chat text like the auto-advance uses.
