Hello i did every quest and the "Guide Progress" says only 96% 99/101 steps completed any idea?

Don't worry too much if you see something like that. There might have been a couple of steps that were only there to help direct you somewhere that didn't have any actual quest associated with the step. When that happens the step doesn't count toward being completed (no quest goals were completed for the step) so it can throw that number off.
