7.2 art weap upgrade quests?

Where do I find the guides on the upgrades to the artifact weapon for 7.2? I swear I saw them at one point... but now can't find them anywhere!

I believe what you want is part of the 7.2 Order Hall Quests guide which can be found in the Leveling > Legion (100-110) section.
