Can no longer auto accept or auto turn in quests?

I don't know why or if it was taken out, but I can't auto accept/turn in quests anymore. I mainly liked it because it'd auto accept whatever reward was the best for my current spec. I can't find it in the settings anymore either. Was it taken out or moved?

Nevermind I just found it in the Enhancements section of the settings. For some reason I thought it was in another section. My bad.
