'No upgrade found' on Zygor Gear Finder

Hello, i have a 897 toon that i am trying to get more gear, but Zygor Gear Finder is telling me that there's none. Is that correct? Cause it looks like it isnt.

Also, when I open it it get tsuck on "waiting on caching" and only after one-teo minutes it gets back and show this on tha attch.

The highest gear in the game right now is 910 (orange) and right below that is 890 (purple). If you have an 897 then you probably have some 910 gear on (looks like you have the Spirit of the Darkness Flame hands 910) and you're running out of possible upgrades. Try disabling all of your other addons to see if that gets items to show up in the gear finder for the 910 gear.

i understand that, what I found weird is the only gear it is showing to me is a 820 trinket from a Heroic dg...

aside from two 940 legendary i have only one 905 gear and the rest are all 880-890

i have disabled all other addons but came up with the same, "waiting on caching" for some seconds and then the same 820 gear only.

I already tried to full erase and them reinstall zygor with no luck. can you help me please?

What settings do you have for the gear system? Can you post a picture of it?

Ok, I think I know what might be happening. You have a legendary equipped so the gear finder won't suggest any other legendary items since you can only have 1 equipped. That eliminates all of the "910" tier items and leaves just the "890" tier items. I don't think the gear finder is able to give you any upgrade suggestions because you're already wearing the gear that is the best item (not ilvl) you can get. I believe the ilvl drop you get for the gear is partially based on what ilvl you are currently at which means you just need to keep running the raids to keep getting the same drops you are already wearing but with a slightly better ilvl. A lot of the "890" gear can range anywhere from 860-925 just with doing LFR. Normal, Heroic, and Mythic raids just reduce the low end of that range to give you a better chance at the higher ilvl. And 925 is the highest ilvl for the purple gear right now as far as I can tell.
