Balance of Power Questline Guide Missing

So, on the "Home" page of the guide viewer, I'm clicking on "Balance of Power Questline" and it's saying:

Zygor Guides Viewer: Cannot find guide: LEVELING\Legion (100-110)\Balance of Power Questline

As far as I can tell, everything else works fine (i.e., I can click on any other the other guide names on this page and they open properly.) It's only the Balance of Power Questline that is missing.

(My Zygor Guides viewer says that it's version 6.1.15779)

I should also mention that if I browse the Leveling->Legion (100-110) guides, there is nothing there for "Balance of Power" either. The last three guides on the list are "7.2 New Content", "Legion Invasions" and "7.2 Order Hall Quests".
