7.2 New Content (Priest)

So I am on step 349 - Talk to Lord Illidan Stormrage and Accept Mark of the Sentinax.

I have been on this step for a week now - Illidan himself is there at the Broken Shore Quest Hub area but he does NOT offer this quest - How do I get this quest please help !!

So I finally got given this quest - I had to complete my Order Hall 7.2 quests and obtain the Champions of Legionfall achievement first --- My feedback would be this should be made clearer in Zygors
