Server Trends not updating

Zygor Guides Viewer: Server Trends for Silvermoon imported, 11040 hours old.

Zygor client says I am up to date Version Installed: 6.1.15888
Latest: 6.1.15888

I have re-synced and done scan and repair just in case but no change

any help with this would be appreciated, thanks

On the desktop client make sure you have the box to the right side of WoW (middle pane) orange and enabled.

Follow up question: What is a typical length of time for "Server Trends for ??? imported". Mine is showing 31 hours old.

The server trends message you see when you log in is for the historical data. That is normally updated every 2 days since it's just the historical averages for the last 30 days. That doesn't need to be updated as often as the current pricing that is done every hour.

My server trends are not updating. 378 hours. Client is updating. I start it every time before WoW. I have repaired and reinstalled. Is there something else I need to do?

With the release of patch 7.3.5, Blizzard has disabled the Auction House API which affects our Gold Guide trend and pricing data. As a result, you will need to visit an Auction House, select the Sell tab, and use the built in Scan feature to update your Gold Guide pricing data. Your trend data may show as out of date for the time being until Blizzard re-enables the API.
