Stalriss Dawnrunner error

Ok open the leatherworking guide and 700-800 step 3 says talk to the man and buy Gravenscale Grips. So the alt is 110 and 785 LW but the NPC only shows a few bits like dyes and thread. How can I get any further with the profession ?

You must complete the Legion Leatherworking Quest Line guide first before loading the 700-800 guide. Did you complete that guide?
