Broken Shore guide broken?

I'm attempting to do the broken shore campaign guide (new content) and the arrow pops up but underneath is says destination unreachable. I have tried reinstalling guide and still doesn't work.

Try disabling all other addons to see if one of them is interfering with the arrow.
