Data is out of Date

Hi

I'm using the Auction house tool but i cant seem to get it working anymore. It says Historical Data is out of date(8 days ago). Please resync using the Zygor Client.
I tried resync and reinstall and repair the zygor client.

I clicked the orange button for world of warcraft in client but all stil does not work.

Kindly advise.

It appears like our system is having problems with obtaining the AH data from one of the battle groups of servers. Most likely your server is one of those. As soon as the system is able to get updated AH data from the game server it will straighten out and update.

This kind of thing is something that we have to wait for Blizzard to fix. Sometimes they can take a couple of weeks to get it fixed.

hi the server was updated but it says there is no profitable auctions. i tried this for several servers. any reason to this?

Did you do an in game scan with the Sell tab?

If you did an in game scan and it's giving a problem you might be one of the people affected by another one of Blizzard's AH problems. They've got a bug right now which is corrupting some of the AH scans for cross realm auctions. This is affecting addons such as ours and Auctioneer in one way or another. There's not much we can do about this one either as we're waiting for Blizzard to fix their data.

sry when you said Auctioneer wasnt working. I tried it and it shows the server trends and like resale values of items. isnt that what zygor is supposed to be doing?

I didn't say Auctioneer wasn't working, I said that the bug also affects Auctioneer. I'm not sure exactly how Auctioneer is affected by it (maybe for them it's inaccurate data but it looks like it's still working) but it's something we've been watching and we know that Auctioneer devs have been trying to work around the problems. If they manage to figure something out then we'll have a better idea of where to look. For us the bug breaks our scanning which unfortunately breaks a lot of the gold guide accuracy.

im having alot of issues with my auction scanning and shit, its got multiple issues, is there any updates on this "blizzard issue"? do you know what / what realms it effects?

After some lengthy discussions with our dev guys here's the run down on this Blizzard bug. Auction scanning is broken if the zone you are in is crossrealmed. That is, if you're in SW (for example) but the version of SW you're in is on a different realm then you're crossrealmed. Since that breaks the scanning it will completely mess up both buying and selling with the gold guide because both of those do individual item scans to make sure you have the most recent pricing for that item before buying/posting. Right now the only real solution is to try to go to a different AH in a different zone and hope that one is not currently crossrealmed for you.

What we're trying to do right now to help with this problem. We are trying to find a way to detect when you are crossrealmed so that we can then give you a popup warning about this and have you move to another zone that the scanning might work in. If we are unable to detect this then there will be no more we're able to do as the scan problem just fails silently on the Blizzard side of things.
