Is this how it is supposed to work?

Clicking the $ sign and see a lot of items in the Farming tab.

Howering mouse over several items in the Auction tab or Farming tab, no popup window show up. I have seen that there should be a popup window in several youtube clips.

Under the Auction tab I often get "No Profitable auction found" for any sorting.
Sometimes under the Auction tab I do get several items when sorting for trade goods. But I have yet to see any item at all while sorting for any of the others.

I have all other AddOn:s turned off. I even backed up the AddOn folder and deleted all other AddOn:s

For the pop up tooltip hold down the Shift key then mouse over the line.

For the Auctions section, that is dependent on the in game scan being successfully completed. Do you open the Sell tab and click on the Scan button at the bottom center?

It autoscans but I also use the Scan button sometimes. At the moment I see items in the Trade Goods again.
Why is there nothing for the other kinds of items?

There have been problems for some people with the scanning. Blizzard messed up something with scanning on cross realm AH items and it can break the scans causing the data to not be any good. This is probably what's happening for you which causes the Auctions section to be empty since it's so dependent on that scan. We have not found any workaround for this yet and we're hoping that Blizzard gets it fixed soon on their end.

Knowing Blizzard, it will either be fixed tomorrow for 7.2.5 or soon(tm) which means it isn't on any calendar. Like the joke goes whenever someone says "I'll do x thing soon" I always reply "cool, but if you could kindly point out where 'soon' is on the calendar? All I see is numbers, days of the week, and 12 months..."
