Order hall quest 7.2

Im doing the order hall 7.2 quests for a Paladin
Im supposed to talk to Armitage Khadgar
The quest says he should be at Broken shore
But he's not

Im supposed to pick up the quest Seeking lost knowledge

Am I missing something here

I can't carry on till I pick this up

Someone please help

He's now there but doesn't have any quests avaiable

Try stopping there for now and run thru the Broken Shore Campaign guide. There's a good chance that you have to do something for the campaign to unlock the quests for the class hall. Blizzard seems to have dumped a lot of stuff into that one zone for 7.2 as a way of adding new content.
