ESO Guide

So, I paid for the full guide + all of its factions when ESO was released. I just decided to come back for the new expansion and logged in to use the guide to see that I'm a trial and can't use what I paid for? What did I miss!

I see them on your account. When you look at the desktop client what username does it show at the top right? Also, in the middle of the client where it shows ESO just to the right side is a box, what color is that box?

The check box? It's not giving me the option to check it like the WOW one. Toxic11b is showing

Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again and see if you can check the ESO box.
