The entire Infernal Brimstone questline, except for the first quest, Infernal Brimstone Analysis, seems to be missing. After you do that quest the guide jumps right to the Hellfire Citadel quest. The intermediate quests, For Whom the Fel Tolls and The Brimstone's Secret seem to be missing.
Also the Analysis quest doesn't seem to work right. I did it and got quest completion but the guide didn't register successful completion of the steps or the quest.
