Elite not working with account

I have been paying for elite since January. and my account says im a trial member now and i cant download the elite guides anymore. i reinstalled the installer and re synced everything and still not working. and when i go to see if i cant upgrade to elite it says Your subscription is already active! yet i cant get any other guide besides trial. if anyone knows a fix let me know. i enjoy zygor guides but this makes me want to stop using completely.

It's not working because your Aug. 23rd payment is past due and your account was set back to basic/trial status. Please double check the Zygor preapproved payment agreement in PayPal and make sure you have a backup funding source selected. That will normally resolve any issues PayPal might have which would cause them to reject the payment.

Oh, since you had put in to cancel the subscription you can now just start a new subscription with a new payment method and that should fix any issues you might have had.
