Order Halls no longer have artifact knowledge research quests

I'm doing my DH and Mage "Order Hall Quests" guide and I can see the steps for talking to an NPC and acquiring a quest for Artifact Knowledge research are still there, but these quests got removed with 7.3.

Please update the guides!

In the changelog, I see that in version 6.1.16656, you write "Removed 7.2 order hall quests". Does that include the quest mentioned in first post or not?
Because I can still see it.

No, that was a different quest that had been removed.
