That is in the 7.2 Order Halls Quests guide. Make sure you have completed the normal Order Halls Quests guides before doing the 7.2 one.

Yeah, we have it on our list to get those different AK quests removed now that they have been removed from the game. Kinda wonder why they bothered to add them to the game in the first place if they were just going to remove them again a year later.
