As you can see here, the guide just doesn't know what to do and skips everything and doesn't show any information about the elite

Killing those elites is not a world quest so having the World Quests guide loaded will not work. You need to load and use the Broken Shore Campaign guide.

The Broken Shore Campaign guide is only for the Broken Shore Campaign and contains a guide for the quests only. For the Broken Shore elites, the World Quests guide is used. If you saw the video, it's shown there. But one of the elites doesn't work. So please look into it.
