And also only available with Zygor Elite..

Yup. quite annoying..

I've now returned to WoW so i've kept my subscription to Zygor BUT i'd imagine those that only play ESO will be very frustrated by now over this and have more than likely cancelled their subs.

The ESO update is almost complete and will be released in the next couple weeks. The reason for the delay was the original announcement was when we were only updating for Morrowind, but we decided to update for the DLC releases of The Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, Orsinium, and Imperial City as well, which added substantially more development time. This has been clarified elsewhere on the forum, but we apologize if there was any confusion.
