Guide not working properly. Help plz and ty

I have used zygor on and off for wow for years and have loved every minute of it. I just started elder scrolls online. I install and update zygor and hit play button. Zygor guides gives me these messages in chat log...

Zygor Guides: 21 guides are loaded.
Zygor Guides: Finding proper starter section.
Zygor Guides: Cannot find a proper section for you! What are you..??

You are most likely in the new starting zone that was added with the Morrowind expansion and guides for that expansion are not released yet. They will be out next week on Friday. Use the game map to see what zone you are in and then look to see if that zone is in the guide selection window. If it's not in there then it's one that will be out next week.

Thanks for quick reply. I am in areas that are in guide. Bangkorai and Auridon. I tried to manually select the guide for these areas and in Bangkorai for example it tells me to go to Evermore 28,57. I don't know where that is and cannot get the arrow to work. I went into options to make sure that the arrow was enabled and it is. I was hoping the guide would work similar to the way it did in wow. I would like for it to auto read where I'm at and then a big green arrow would pop up and tell me where to go. I just started this game and know absolutely nothing about it but I do have quite a bit of experience running zygor. But out of all the time I have ran zygor I've never had a problem with it until now. It honestly is a time-tested and amazing product. Any help getting my arrow to work and guide to auto load would be greatly appreciated

You should have an arrow on the screen if there is a step saying to go to a zone coordinate. Can you post a picture of what you're seeing in game and also a picture of the game map for where you are?
