Step number 28 tells you to buy "cranberry chutney" from Rose Standish in Undercity. That is crafted, and you can only buy the Tangy Southfury Cranberries to create it from the Durotar Vendor. You should be pointing people to buy the ingredient while they're in Durotar for one of the previous steps.

Please update your guides. I'm looking at the pilgrim's bounty quests guide right now and it's saying to buy the tangy southfury cranberries from Dalni Tallgrass in Durotar and then to make the chutney next to the pilgrim's bounty cooking fire. The only thing I see for cranberries in Undercity is to create 5 chutney while you are there, nothing that says to purchase them.
