Keeps saying historia data out of date and to resync.

I've resynced i've reinstalled, i've repaired, i've scanned from in the sell tab, i've appraised all,
It crashes the game or makes it freeze, and nothing can be posted in sell at all. I click post in the sell tab and it says in the chat window that it's posting the item, but it doesn't actually post it.

I've tried everything short of uninstalling wow, and that's not going to happen.

Run the desktop client, click the gear icon at the bottom right to access the settings, and in the gold guide section setup your realm and click on the Sync All button.

I have the same issue, I made sure all my realms are selected, Synched all. Restarted WoW, Reloaded UI still have the same issue with the AH. "Alert: Historical data is out of date (4 days ago). Please resync using the Zygor Client."

Any advice?

Which realm is telling you 4 days old?
