error when resubbing to guides please help

evrytime i stop for awhile and when i try to play wow again when i wanna resub to zygor guide i see this error when i wanna pay for it

I have cleared out the billing information and this should allow you to get signed up with the payment method of your choice.

thnx why does that error always pops up once i decide to cancel my sub because i lost intrest but then came back to wow again.

It can be anything with the old billing info that causes it. Some examples would be getting a new card but the old card is still in the system, or PayPal decides it doesn't like your backup funding source on the preapproved agreement, or you cancel the preapproved agreement in PayPal which means the payment processor will no longer accept it, etc. Lots of odd little things like that could cause it to give a problem on re-sub.
